Message us, choose your stone, and reserve with a 50% deposit. Your build slot is held from the moment your deposit clears.
Day 1
One intake, everything gathered
You receive a single, beautifully organized form (preview it here): photographs, film link, entourage, schedule, dress code, venues. Answer it once. We chase nothing, and we never ask twice.
Days 2 to 4
We build your website
We set your photographs, arrange your story, and tune the whole design to your motif. You do nothing. Enjoy the quiet. It may be the last quiet week before the wedding.
Day 5
Review, refine, launch
Your private preview arrives with one round of refinements. Settle the balance, and your website goes live with its QR code kit, ready for your invitations.

Are these custom websites or templates?
Honest answer: both. Each of the twelve stones is a finished signature design that we have already perfected, and your website is built from the one you choose. What makes it yours is everything inside it: your photographs, your film, your entourage, your words, and a palette tuned to your motif. You get the polish of a finished design and the feel of something made for you, at a price and speed a fully bespoke build could never offer.
How long does it really take?
Five days from the moment your intake form is complete. Day 0 you reserve, Day 1 you send everything through one form, Days 2 to 4 we build, Day 5 you review and launch. If the wedding is very near, ask about the 72-hour rush build.
What do you need from us?
One form, once: your wedding date and venues, prenup photos and film link, entourage and principal sponsors, schedule of the day, dress code or motif, and any notes for guests such as gift preferences. If something is not final yet, we mark it beautifully as "to follow" and update it later.
Do we get revisions?
Yes. Content updates, both text and photographs, are unlimited before launch within your chosen design, plus one full refinement round after your private preview. Guest details change. We expect that.
What will our website address be?
A clean address carrying your names: heartsandvows.ph/yournames, the same address printed beside the QR code on your invitations.
How does the RSVP work?
Guests answer a short, elegant form: attendance, companions, and any question you want asked. Responses flow into an organized guest list, updated live and handed to you, so you always know your count without chasing anyone on Messenger.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your date and build slot. The balance is due only after you have seen and approved your finished website. We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cards.
Does the website expire?
It stays live for one full year, through the wedding and well past it. On The Signature, we then deliver a keepsake copy of your entire website to your Google Drive: yours to keep, open, and relive anytime, even years from now. Prefer to keep it online? Extend for a small yearly amount.
Can the website match our printed invitations?
Yes. Send us your invitation suite or motif and we will carry its palette and mood into the website, then give you a print-ready QR code so the paper and the website feel like one suite.
